DPR is an award-winning, national database of more than 2,200 homeownership programs. DPR is integrated into MLS property listing data, and flags eligible for-sale properties, matching eligible homebuyers with the down payment help they need.
Working with Real Estate Agents
In some real estate transactions, agents work only for the seller. In other transactions, the seller and buyer may each have their own agents. Sometimes the same agent or firm works for both the buyer and the seller in the same transaction.
