CMLS considers all complaints alleging a violation of the rules and regulations, and reserves the right to request that complaints be submitted in writing.

Please complete the CMLS Violation Report (letters with the required information will be accepted) when inaccurate or incomplete information is discovered in the MLS database. This form can be sent (e-mailed, mailed, faxed or hand-delivered) to Carolina Multiple Listing Services, Inc. staff. Staff will maintain the confidentiality of the complainant(s).
