The Mingle School of Real Estate, founded in 1972, operates the top-ranked proprietary real estate pre-licensing school in North Carolina. Its real estate and appraisal pre-licensing and continuing-education (CE) courses are approved by the N.C. Real Estate Commission and N.C. Appraisal Board.
