Current Appraisal CE requirements consist of 28 total hours. Seven of those hours must be the Seven-Hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Update class. The other 21 hours can comprise any board-approved classes. Please note that if you are taking online continuing-education courses, you can only receive credit for a maximum of 14 online hours per two-year continuing-education cycle.

The current Appraisal CE cycle is every two years, beginning and ending on the odd years. For example, the current cycle began June 1, 2009 and will end May 31, 2011.
