The Mingle School of Real Estate, founded in 1972, operates the top-ranked proprietary real estate pre-licensing school in North Carolina. Its real estate and appraisal pre-licensing and continuing-education (CE) courses are approved by the N.C. Real Estate Commission and N.C. Appraisal Board. Mingle School offers CE, online CE elective courses and professional-development opportunities for Realtors®, which include a variety of National Association of Realtors® (NAR) designation and certification programs.
