New applicants are required to attend orientation classes within 60 days of application. Only after completing these classes will a new applicant receive full Realtor® membership approval and Carolina Multiple Listing Services, Inc. (CMLS) activation. All classes are held at the Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association building.

Paperwork and payments must be received in the association office before you will be scheduled for your orientation. Based on class space, you will be scheduled for the next available class. Do not bring application paperwork or fees with you to class.

Realtor® Orientation
See the Orientation Schedule. Classes are 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. If you arrive after 9 a.m., you will not be allowed into the class.

CMLS Orientation
CMLS Orientation is offered every other Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Class begins promptly at 8.30 a.m. If you arrive after this time, you will not be allowed into class.

• New Realtor® members and MLS users are approved via e-mail by the boards of directors each week.
• You will receive your MLS Login ID and password as well as your Supra DisplayKEY or eKEY at your MLS class.
