The purpose of the Habitat Support Program is to provide monetary support to area Habitat for Humanity organizations, within the scope of the areas served by Carolina Multiple Listing Services, Inc. (CMLS). The foundation does not accept unsolicited requests for funding through this program.  

Each year the foundation awards eight Habitat for Humanity organizations a total of $20,000 to support and continue their programs. This funding helped to offset costs of expenses related to the Habitat Critical Home Repair (HCHR) project and materials for house builds in numerous counties.  In addition, the funding helped to provide credit-counseling services to potential Habitat homeowners and helped to create additional space in a Habitat warehouse to allow for increased profits within its retail program.
